乳腺良恶性肿瘤的超声诊断价值

目的探索乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的二维和彩色多普勒超声的特征性改变,提高乳腺肿瘤的超声诊断符合率。方法回顾总结125例经手术病理诊断证实的乳腺肿瘤患者的声像图特点。结果乳腺良性肿瘤形态规则,边界光滑、整齐,有完整包膜;乳腺恶性肿瘤形态不规则,边界呈毛刺状、蟹足样或锐角样改变,包膜不完整或无包膜,后方回声衰减,特别是病灶内微小钙化点与穿支血管的检出率分别为83%(50/60)和78%(47/60),明显高于良性肿瘤(P<0.01)。结论超声检查乳腺肿瘤方法简便、无创、重复性强,值得临床推广,可早期发现乳腺病变。

The diagnostic value of the ultrasonography of benign and malignant breast neoplasms
