比索洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的:探讨比索洛尔在治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭中的疗效。方法:选择96例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组在常规应用强心、利尿、扩血管药物的基础上,加用比索洛尔每天2.5mg~5mg口服治疗。治疗6个月后观察心力衰竭患者心率、血压和心功能的变化,比较治疗前后上述指标的差异,以评估其临床疗效及安全性。结果:应用比索洛尔后心力衰竭患者心功能分级显著改善,心率明显降低,收缩压及舒张压也显著降低。结论:在常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗基础上加用比索洛尔可明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,提高生活质量,延长患者寿命。

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Bisoprolol in treating Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the effects of bisoprolol on chronic congestive heart failure.Methods ninty six patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected.Forty eight patients were treated with bisoprolol 2.5 mg~5 mg].in combination with the base of routine therapy including digitalis,diuretics and vasodilators.Heart rate,blood pressure and cardiac function were observed and compared before and after treatment to evaluate its clinical effects and security.Results bisoprolol in addition to routine anti heart failure therapy could significantly improve cardiac functional class,reduce heart rate and decrease systolic and diastolic blood pressure.Conclusion On the basis of routine anti heart failure drug therapy,bisoprolol coumd significantly improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure,improve life quality and prolong life expectancy.
