| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期胃肠穿孔的CT表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析7例成人早期胃肠穿孔的CT表现。结果:7例中胃穿孔2例,十二指肠球部穿孔3例,外伤性胃、十二指肠降部撕裂伤各1例。CT表现剑突下隐窝积气、小网膜囊区积气、腹壁下隐窝积气、腹腔积液。结论:CT对早期胃肠穿孔的诊断有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study CT finding and diagnostic value in early gastrointestinal perforation(GP).Methods Retrospect study of CT maging of 7 adult patients with GP.Results In all 7 cases,gastric perforation occurred in 2 cases,duodenal perforation in 3,and gastric and traumatic duodenal avulsion each in 1.CT findings of GP included gas accumulation under the recess of xiphoid,gas accumulation in the area of lesser omentum,gas accumulation under the recess of peritoneal cavity,and seroperitoneum.Conclusion CT had important clinical value in the diagnosis of early GP. |
