| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨综合治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视疗效观察。方法 :治疗 2 0例 (36只眼 )屈光不正性弱视 ,根据弱视程度 ,注视性质采取遮盖、压抑、精细目力训练、CAM视觉刺激、红光闪烁、后像或光刷综合治疗。结果 :治愈 :视力≥ 0 .9者 2 3(6 3.9% ) ;进步 :视力增进 2行或 2行以上者 13只眼 (36 .1% )。结论 :综合治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视方法简便 ,治愈率高 ,疗效显著

| Abstract: | Objective to study the clinical effects of combined tr e atment on children’s ametropic amblyopic.Methods 20 cases (36 eye s) were diagnosed as ametropic amblyopia according to degree of amblyopia and n ature of fixation, they are treated with intermittent covering, suppression, ep icritic visual training, sight enhancing device,et al.Res ults 23 cases(63.9 %) improving which visual acuty above or epual to 0.9 ;13 eyes(36.1 %) were improved which visual acuty increased 2 lines.Co nclusions combined treatment on children’s ametropic amblyopic is a new e ffectual and simple therapy. |
