彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺癌的价值

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法:对38例经手术病理证实的甲状腺癌患者的二维及彩色血流显像进行分析。结果:本组病例显示病变区肿块边界不规则,无包膜,周边无声晕31枚(69%),内部不均匀低回声或稍低回声35枚(78%),内部探及沙粒样钙化灶28枚病灶(63%),内部探及丰富的血流信号28枚(62%),阻力指数>0.7的病灶36枚(80%)。结论:甲状腺二维声像图中出现边界不清的低回声或稍低回声肿块及肿块内探及沙粒样钙化灶是诊断甲状腺癌的重要指标,而彩色多普勒显示肿块内丰富的高阻力血流信号有助于甲状腺癌的正确诊断。

The Value of Color Doppler Flow Image in the Diagnosis of the Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective This study was designed to evaluate the value of two-dimentional ultrasound and Doppler flow image in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.Methods 38 patients with thyroid cainoma were examined by ultonography before operation,and they were all analyesd by surgery and pathology.Results Nodules in thyroid carcinoma were irregular in figure,their boundarys were not clear(69%),internal echo was hypoechoic(78%),and not well-distributed with liquefaction(63%),CDFI could detect an abundant blood flow sign...
