护理干预对急性脑卒中肢体功能康复影响的探讨

目的:探讨护理干预对急性脑卒中肢体功能恢复的影响。方法:将96例急性脑卒中偏瘫的患者随机分为两组,两组均采用神经内科治疗和早期良好的体位摆放。康复组5 0例,缺血性脑卒中入院1d～2 d,出血性入院7d～14 d即实施康复训练。对照组4 6例未进行康复训练。结果:6周后两组患者用Fugl- Meyer运动功能评分及Barthel指数分级评定,康复组情况明显好于对照组,两组差异有高度显著性(P<0 .0 1)。结论:早期护理干预可明显改善肢体功能及日常生活能力(ADL ) ,可降低致残率,提高生活质量,减少住院天数。

The Discussion of Effect of Nursing Interventions About Functional Healing of Body in Acute Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective To discuss the effect of nursing interventions about functional healing of body in acute cerebral apoplexy.Method 96 cases were divided randomly into two groups, two groups both adopt N department of internal medicine to treat and put with the early and good body posture.50 cases in convalescence group,the lack of blood cerebral apoplexy admitted to hospital 1 d~2 d,the bleeding admitted to hospital 7 d~14 d,they began recovering train.88 cases in control group without convalescence nursing.Results After 6 weeks,measuring patients in two groups with Fugl-Meyer motive function and Barthel index, the convalescence groups shows much better than the control(P<0.01).Conclusion Early effect of nursing interventions can improve patients function, decrease the disabling rate, improve daily living ability,reduce in hospital days.
