护理干预对宫颈癌外照射加后装治疗的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨护理干预对宫颈癌外照射加后装治疗的临床疗效的影响。方法:将64例初治宫颈癌住院患者随机分成两组,观察组33例,除接受与对照组相同的放射治疗、后装治疗和疾病护理外,还接受心理护理;对照组31例患者采用相同的放射治疗、后装治疗和疾病常规护理。结果:两组患者近期疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05);而放疗并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用适当心理护理,后装治疗前、后护理措施能有效地减轻施行后装治疗并发症的发生,提高宫颈癌患者的近期疗效及其生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the statement of nursing intervention contribute to clinical trerapeutic effect of external radiation and after-loading therapy of the uterine cervix cancer. Methods Sixty-four patients with the initial treatment uterine cervix cancer were randomly divided into two groups.31 patients(contral group)applied for the disease-general nursing means,convention external radiation and after-loading therapy. And 33 patients(treatment group)applied for the same treatment means and accepted mental nursing. Results Difference between two groups on short term therapeutic effect showed no statistic significance(P>0.05).The radiotherapy complication on the treatment group was obvious exceeded the contral group(P<0.05). Conclusion It can relieve the radiotherapy complication and improve the therapeutic effect and qulity of life to apply to proper mental nursing and the disease-general nursing means in the after-loading therapy.
