腰椎后缘软骨板破裂症的临床特点及治疗

目的 :认识腰椎后缘软骨板破裂症的临床及影像学特点 ,探讨治疗方法。方法 :对 5 2例腰椎后缘软骨板破裂症的资料进行了回顾性的分析。结果 :5 2例经 6个月 3a随访 ,优良率达 96 %。结论 :腰椎后缘软骨板破裂症的发病机制是青少年时期椎体后缘环状骨骺陈旧性损伤及其继发改变的结果 ,CT具有较高的诊断价值 ,手术治疗效果佳。

Clinical and Image Characteristics of Lumbar Vertebrae Cartilage Rupture,and Research Method of Treatment

Objective To study clinical and image characteristics o f lumbar verteb rae cartilage rupture,and research method of treatment.Methods To retrospective ly analyse the material of 52 cases with lumbar vertebra cartilage rupture.Results 52 cases have been followed-up 0.5 to 3 years,the results showe d that:the fine rate is up to 96 %.Conclusion the possible reason of lumbar vertebra cartilage rupture might be a sendary changes of the injury or variance of the epiphyseal r ing of the vertebral body during the adolescent period.CT scan play important ro les in the diagnosis.clinical effects were satisfied with treatment of surgery.
