| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清CA153、CA125、CA199联合检测在乳腺癌早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:采用电化学发光免疫分析法(ECLIA)同时检测43例乳腺癌、48例乳腺良性疾病与50例正常健康体检女性的血清CA153、CA125、CA199水平。结果:乳腺癌组CA153、CA125、CA199水平均显著高于健康对照组与乳腺良性疾病组(P<0.01),乳腺良性疾病组CA153、CA125、CA199水平与健康对照组均差异无显著性(P>0.05)。CA153、CA125、CA199单独检测乳腺癌的灵敏度分别为58.14%,34.88%,27.91%,特异度为92.86%,89.80%,93.88%。三者联合检测乳腺癌的灵敏度为79.07%、特异度为85.71%。结论:血清CA153、CA125、CA199联合检测能提高乳腺癌早期诊断的诊断率。
