军训腓骨应力性骨折35例临床X线诊断

目的 :研究军训致腓骨应力性骨折的临床 X线特征。方法 :分析军训致腓骨应力性骨折临床与 X线资料 35例。结果 :军训致腓骨应力性骨折根据病程的长短具有不同的 X线表现 ,早期 X线无异常 ,中期以腓骨周边的平行状、丘状或梭状骨膜反应和 /或骨痂形成表现为主 ,增生骨膜或骨痂与骨皮质之间可见平行的低密度间隙 ,少数病例在增生骨膜和 /或骨痂的中间平面见横行致密带和横行骨折线 ,晚期表现为局限骨皮质增厚。结论 :骨膜反应和 /或骨痂形成是腓骨应力性骨折的特征性 X线表现 ,结合军训史、临床表现 ,对腓骨应力性骨折作出明确诊断

Clinical X-ray Diagnosis of Stress Fracture with Fibula by Military Training

Objective To study the clinical X ray characteristics of the stress fracture of the fibula by military training. Methods The clinical features and X ray data of the stress frature of the fibula by military training (35 cases) were analyzed. Results There were different X ray manifestations according to the time of course. X ray films were normal in early period, in the middle period the parallel, hillock or fusiform periosteum reaction and/or bone callus formation were the main X ray features around the proliferation dominoes, bone callus and compact bone; the limited cortex of bone became thicking in later period. Conclusion The periosteum reaction and/or bone callus formation were the main X ray manifestation. conjioning the military training history and clinical characters, the stress fracture of fibula could be made a clear diagnosis.
