| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨苗丹民等编制的A型行为因子(PSACIV)量表的结构维度,对其进行初步修订.方法 采用PSACIV行为量表调查968名冠心病和高血压患者,运用探索性因素分析对原量表进行修订.结果 原量表50个条目中有10个被删除,保留了40个条目6个因素结构即暴躁、时间紧迫感、时间效率、缺乏耐心、敌意和孤僻,形成初步修订的A型行为因子量表.结论 本研究将A型行为细化成6个因子,采用多级估量模糊集模型进行评分,更有效的反映被试的心理状况,对A型行为的研究具有积极意义.

Type-A behavior factors questionnaire and its validity analysis |

| Abstract: | Objective To revise type-A behavior factors questionnaire(PSACIV)and analyze its validity. Methods Using PSACIV questionnaire to test 968 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension disease in Xi'an city. And the results were analyzed by means of exploratory factor analysis and the questionnaire was revised. Results 10 of 50 items in PSACIV were removed and the other 40 items remain formed six different dimensions, which were irritation, pressing, speed, impatience, hostility and unsociability. Conclusion Type-A behavior was divided into six different dimensions in this study, and using fuzzy set module for data evaluation could better describe the psychological conditions of subjects, so it would help further studies of type-A behavior. |
