| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ）在中耳胆脂瘤发生，发展中的作用。方法：运用免疫组化方法检测表皮生长因子受体在１０例正常外耳道上皮及３６例胆脂瘤上皮中的表达情况。结果：１０例正常外耳道上皮全部为阴性，３６例胆脂瘤上皮中２３例出现ＥＧＦＲ阳性表达（阳性率为６３．９％）ＥＧＦＲ阳性表达与中耳胆脂瘤骨质破坏程度呈正相关。结论：ＥＧＦＲ过度表达与胆脂瘤上皮细胞增生及胆脂瘤周围骨质破坏有关，它在胆脂瘤的发生、发展中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | bjective To study the role of epidermal
growth factor receptor(EGFR) in the occurrence and progression of middle ear
cholesteatoma.Methods The expression of EGFR in 36 cholesteatoma and 10 normal skin of
external ear canal was studied with immunohistochemical method.Results EGFR was negative
in all 10 normal skin specimens, but it was positive in 23 of 36 cholesteatoma specimens.The
expression of EGFR correlated significantly with the degree of bone destruction.Conclusion The
proliferation of middle ear cholesteatoma epithelium and destruction of surrounding bone
tissues may retate to the presence of EGFR, and the over-expression of which may play an
important role in occurrence and progression of cholesteatoma. |
