| 摘 要： | 目的：研究穿心莲注射液对麻醉大鼠的降压作用及其机制。方法：穿心莲注射液４ｍｇ／ｋｇ舌下静脉注射，测量其颈动脉血压变化，并于３０分种时测定血浆一氧化氮（ＮＯ）及内皮素（ＥＴ）的含量。结果：注射穿心莲注射液后血压迅速下降，３０分钟降至最低，且具有快速耐受性。３０分种时血浆ＮＯ含量升高，ＥＴ水平下降。结论：穿心莲注射液对麻醉大鼠有降压作用，其作用机制可能与增高血浆ＮＯ含量和降低ＥＴ水平有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect and mechanism of injection of andrographis paniculata nees (APN) on blood pressure in anesthetized rats.Methods The rats were anesthetized by intra abdominal injection of 20% urethan(5ml/kg),then injected with ANP through sublingual vein.Obserre blood pressure of cervical artery and determine nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin (ET)of plasma in 30min.Results Blood pressure was falling quickly after injecting APN,and rapidly showed a drugfast phenomenon.Blood pressure was falling to the lowest point in 30 min.Conclusion ANP can drop blood pressure and the mechanism may be associated with increasing NO content and decreasing ET concentration in plasma. |
