摘    要:目的:研究氧张力对原位的和培养的血管内皮细胞内过氧化氢酶活性的影响,探讨缺血再灌注损伤机理。方法:用碱性DAB-H2O2法检测原位的和在不同氧张力条件下培养的人脐血管内皮细胞内CAT的活性。结果:原位的脐静脉内皮细胞内CAT的活性高于脐动脉内皮细胞;高氧张力下培养的脐血管内皮细胞内CAT的活性比在低氧张力下培养的高。结论:氧张力调节生理条件下和培养的血管内皮细胞内CAT的活性。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of oxygen tension on CAT activities endothelial cells in vitro and vivo and explore the machanism of ischemic-reperfusion injury. Methods By the alkaline dianinobenzidine (DAB)-H2O2 method, the CAT activities were measured in vitro and vivo. Results The CAT activities of human umbilical vein endothelial cells are higher than those of human umbilical artery endothelial cells in vivo. The CAT activities of cultured human umbilical endothelial cells in high oxygen tension (19. 995kPa) are higher than in low oxygen tension (5.332kPa). Conclusion The oxygen tension regulates the CAT activities of vessel endothelial cells in vitro and vivo.
