大鼠溃疡性结肠炎超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的变化

摘    要:目的观察溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)大鼠的血清和肠组织中的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。方法采用TNBS灌肠制备大鼠UC模型。分别测定血清和肠组织中SOD活性和MDA含量 ,并与正常大鼠作对照。结果溃疡性结肠炎组的SOD活性显著低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,MDA含量显著高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论氧自由基诱发的脂质过氧化可能是溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of SOD,MDA in colonic mucosal tissues and serum in ulcerative colitis in rats.Methods The rat ulcerative colitis model was induced by 2,4,6-trintrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS).The superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the colonic mucosa and serum were determined and the indexes were compared with those in the normal group.Results In UC rats,SOD was significantly decreased whereas MDA was increased in comparison with those of the normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion Oxygen free radicals(OFR) induced by lipid peroxidation may be involved in the process of ulcerative colitis in rats.
