| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清心肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI),肌红蛋白(Mb)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)在早期诊断急性心肌梗死(AMI)中的价值.方法 对40例急性心肌梗死患者及40例健康老年人(对照组)进行cTnI、Mb和CK-MB检测.结果 急性心肌梗死组血清cTnI、Mb和CK-MB含量显著高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 急性心肌梗死患者cTnI、Mb和CK-MB的联合检测有助于早期诊断急性心肌梗死和病情分析.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI),myoglobin(Mb) and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB) levels in the early diagnosis of the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods cTnI,Mb and CK-MB in serum of 40 cases with AMI and 40 cases normal elderly persons were determined.Results The cTnI,Mb and CK-MB levels of AMI in patients were significantly higher than those of normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of cTnI,Mb and CK-MB may have important clinical value in early diagnosis and state of illness of AMI. |
