| 摘 要： | 387例早孕8周以由的正常健康孕妇，用米非司酮合并米索前列醇序贯终止早孕，成功率92．25%，其中孕6周以内的成功率最高为98．73％；孕8周的成功率达88．24%；无1例大出血休克．说明米非司酮合并米素前列醇序贯法终止8周内的早孕是安全、方便和可靠的。

| Abstract: | 387 cases of early healthy pregnancy were terminated seguentially withcombination of mifepristone and misoprostol. Its success rate was 92. 25%. The success rate of the within 6 weeks pregnancy was the highest-98. 73% while that of the within 8 weeks pregnancy was 88. 24%. Among the 387 cases, none of them showed massive hemorrhage or shock. The results showed that combination of mifepristone with misoprostol was the safest and most convenient and feasible one to terminate sequentially the within 8 weeks pregnancy. |
