中药导入联合超短波佐治小儿肺炎112例疗效观察

目的观察电脑中频中药导入联合超短波佐治小儿肺炎的疗效。方法采用临床随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组112例,对照组88例,对照组患者应用常规治疗,即抗炎、止咳、平喘对症处理。观察组在此基础上采用电脑中频中药导入联合超短波治疗。计量资料以(x±s)表示,多样本率总体采用χ2检验,组间比较行t检验,数据均采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计学处理,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组小儿肺炎的咳嗽气促缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间、X线示阴影吸收时间和总疗程均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的显效率(82.14%)和总有效率(96.42%)也明显高于对照组的显效率(54.55%)和总有效率(93.18%)。结论中药电脑中频导入联合超短波佐治小儿支气管肺炎,可明显缩短临床症状、体征消失的时间,缩短总疗程,提高显效率和总有效率,可以减少患儿应用抗菌素时程。

Benefits of Adjuvant Therapy with Transcutaneous Ion Introduction of Traditional Chinese Medicine by Using Microcomputer Control Intermediate Frequency Stimulator and Ultrashort Wave Therapy on 112 Cases of Infantile Pneumonia

Objective To observe the benefits of adjuvant therapy with transcutaneous ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine by using microcomputer control intermediate frequency stimulator and ultrashort wave therapy for infantile pneumonia.Methods According to the random number table,200 children with pneumonia were divided into observation group(112 cases) and control group(88 cases).The control group received the conventional treatment including anti-inflammatory,relieving a cough,relieving asthma.The observation group underwent transcutaneous ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine by using microcomputer control intermediate frequency stimulator combined with ultrashort wave therapy based on the conventional treatment.The measurement data were analyzed with paired t test and the enumeration data were analyzed with χ2 test.SSPS statistical software package(13.0) was used to analyze the data.P value less than 0.05 was regarded as statistically significant.Results The time of cough and anhelation relieving,lung rale disappearing,absorption of lung shadow by X-rays,and length of whole treatment course were good as compared to the control group(P<0.05);The significant efficiency(82.14%)and total effective rate(96.42%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(54.55% and 93.18%,respectively).Conclusion The adjuvant therapy with transcutaneous ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine by using microcomputer control intermediate frequency stimulator combined ultrashort wave therapy can effectively shorten the time of clinical symptoms and signs disappearing and the total treatment course,improve the significant efficiency and total effective rate,and reduce the use of antibiotics.
