广州市男护士离职原因的调查研究

摘    要:目的研究广州市部分男护士的离职原因,为我国男护士的人才培养、教育和临床管理提供借鉴。方法选择2009年6月-2011年5月在广州市8所三级甲等医院工作过、现已离职的男护士共20名作为调查对象,采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式整理调查资料、提炼主题,采用质性研究方法进行归纳分析,对男护士的离职原因进行分析。结果受调查20名男护士均表示社会偏见对男性护士的歧视是他们离职的主要原因,感情问题受挫、自我价值难以体现、薪金待遇低等是他们离职的重要原因。结论我国教育和卫生等部门应该采取措施来改变男护士的处境和现状,促进我国护理事业的发展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the reasons for the demission of male nurses in Guangzhou and provide a reference for the nurse personnel training,education and clinical management.Methods Data were collected by questionnaire survey and interviews from twenty male nurses,who had worked in the eight hospitals of Guangzhou from June 2009 to May 2011 and now quitted their job.Refining theme and qualitative research method for inductive analysis were used to analyze their departure causes of male nurses.Results The social prejudices such as the discrimination of men as nurses are the main reason for leaving.The emotional problems,self-worth reflecting,treatment of low salaries are also important reasons for their leaving.Conclusion The education and health departments should take steps to change the situation and status of male nurses,and promote the development of nursing career.
