| 摘 要： | 贯叶连翘(Hypericum perforatum L.)在欧洲民间用于治疗创伤,近年来在欧美国家广泛用于治疗轻、中度抑郁症.临床试验表明该植物制剂的抗抑郁疗效优于传统化学合成药物,具有较好的耐受性与安全性.分子药理学与神经药理学的发展推动了贯叶连翘抗抑郁分子机制的研究,临床药代动力学和药效学的研究则为贯叶连翘的临床应用提供了可靠依据.贯叶连翘抗抑郁的临床疗效是显著的,可信的.

| Abstract: | The development of molecular pharmacology and neuropharmacology accelerated the studies on molecular mechanism of Hypericum perforatum for depression. The clinical trials indicated that this galenical was superior to the traditional synthetic drugs for antidepression. This preparation had good tolerability and safety. Clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics provided further evidence for clinical application of Hypericum. The clinical efficacy of Hypericum for depression was notable and credible. |
