几类高脂血症动物模型的比较

摘    要:目的:为高脂血症的预防和治疗选择理想的高脂血症动物模型.方法:对近十几年国内外较常用的鼠类、鸟类、兔等高脂血症动物模型及其特点进行比较.结果:金黄地鼠和豚鼠在脂质代谢方面与人有较多相似之处,在实验研究中有独特优势;而大鼠、小鼠、鸟类高脂血症模型与人类差异较大;兔在调脂新药和动脉粥样硬化实验研究中是首选的动物模型之一.结论:选择最符合所作实验各项要求的动物模型,应从实验要求时间、实验指标、实验经费、模型形成时间等多因素全面考虑.

Abstract:Objective:To select the proper experimental a nimal model for research on prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia. Method:Hyperlipidemia models of mouse, rat, golden hamster, guinea pig, rabbit, pigeon and quail often used in the last ten years were compared. Results:Golden hamster and guinea pig models are similar to human bein gs in lipid metabolism and have unique superiority in experimental study, while the models of rat, mouse, pigeon and quail have significant difference as compar ed with human beings. Rabbit is one of the best animal models in studying new dr ugs for regulating lipid and treating arteriosclerosis. Conclusion:Factors such as the required time, indexes, the duration of making models, an d the cost and feeding of animals should be considered in selecting animal model s according with the experimental requirements.
