从基因多态性及体质学说探讨肺癌的中医证候

体质学说是中医理论的重要组成部分之一，体质与人的疾病和健康关系密切，影响疾病发生、发展和预后转归。基因多态性是人类在进化过程中基因组与内、外环境相互作用的结果，是不同个体生物学性状和对疾病易感性存在差别的原因。本文作者从中医对体质学说的认识、肺癌基因多态性研究的现状以及体质与基因多态性的相关性等方面对体质学说、肺癌证候和基因多态性研究的现状进行了总结，提出以基因多态性为切入点研究肺癌证候，将可能揭示肺癌证候的部分科学内涵。并为肺癌的客观化诊断提供新的依据与方法。
