先天性第2鳃裂瘘(附6例分析)

目的：加深对第二锶裂瘘的临床特点和X线表现的认识，方法：对1985年7月至2000年6月遇到的6例第二鳃裂瘘作了回顾性分析，根据临床特点和（或）X线造影表现明确诊断。结果：单侧4例，双侧2例，对流液的4例作了瘘道造影，其中3例作了手术切除治疗，本组病例有4例为一个家族性发病。结论：对疑诊第二鳃裂瘘的患应例行X线造影检查，了解瘘道方向，数目及分支情况，以便手术完全，彻底切除。

Congenital second branchial fistula: 6 cases and a family tree report

Objective To deepen the understanding of the clinical characteristics and appearance of the x-ray film of the second branchial fistula. Methods Six cases of the second branchial fistula diagnosed by clinical manifestation and contrast examination treated from July 1985 to June 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 6 patients,aged from 3 months to 27 years old, male 4, female 2,4 Patients were a same family.The lesion involved one side of neck in 4,both side in 2.4 cases underwent fistulography.3cases were treated with operation. Conclusion The cases suspected second branchial fistula should be taken fistulography in order to find out the direction,amount and branch of fistula,so that to carry out operation completely.
