| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析43例十二指肠隆起样病变患者临床表瑚。病理特点等。方法分析了2008年1月到2009年4月在我院就诊的十二指肠隆起样病变的43例病人的I临床表现，病理特点等。结果十二指肠隆起样病变分布于十二指肠球部（34／43，79．1％），明显高于其他部位。病理类型中，炎性息肉33例（33／43，76．7％），明显高于其他病理类型。但恶性肿瘤也占据一定比例（6．9％）。结论十二指肠隆起样病变病例临床表现多样，而且其中恶性肿瘤也占据了一定比例，因此，加强对十二指肠隆起样病变的研究有助于肿瘤的诊疗和预防。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinic features and pathological characteristics in 43 cases of duodenal mucosal prominences. Methods The clinic features and pathological characteristics in 43 cases with duodenal mucosal prominences was investigated from 2008-1 to 2009-4. Results Duodenal mucosal prominences are mainly distributed in duodenal bulb. The pathological types in most patients of duodenal mucosal prominences are inflammatory polyposis. And patients of malignat tumor is also observed in our reaserch.... |
