鼻胃肠管置管方法在90例意识障碍患者中的临床应用

目的研究与分析鼻胃肠管置管方法在意识障碍患者中的临床应用。方法对我科2007年1月至2009年1月90例意识障碍患者随机分为对照组与治疗组两组,治疗组给予改良后的鼻胃肠管置管方法进行置管,对照组给予常规方法置管,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗组插管成功率与对照组相比较,（X2=8.63,p〈0.05）差异具有统计学意义。治疗组人均插管所需时间为4.68±1.63min,对照组人均插管所需时间为14.73±2.12min。治疗组人均插管所需时间、痛苦表现及鼻粘膜受损情况与对照组相比,均有显著性差异（p〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论对意识障碍患者给予改良后的鼻胃肠管置管方法其临床疗效明显优于常规置管方法。值得临床推广使用。

Asal gastrointestinal tube in unconscious patients in the clinical application

Objective To study and analysis of nasal gastrointestinal tube in unconscious patients in the clinical application.Methods Hospital from 2007 to 2009 to seek treatment for 90 cases of unconscious patients were randomly divided into control group and two treatment groups were given nasal gastrointestinal tubes of different materials,the clinical effects were compared.Results The intubation success rate in treatment group compared with the control group,（X2 = 8.63,p〈 0.05） difference was statistically significant.Per treatment group,intubation time was 4.68 ± 1.63min,control group average intubation time was 14.73 ± 2.12min.Per treatment group,intubation time,suffering damage performance and nasal mucosa as compared with the control group,there were significant differences（p〈 0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion consciousness disorders to complex spiral nose Markey clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal tube was better than normal on the 14th to give rubber feeding tube,is worthy of clinical use.
