产后出血、子宫肌瘤行放射介入治疗患者的护理

目的探讨产后出血、子宫肌瘤患者行放射介入治疗的护理。方法回顾性分析我院2001年1月～2004年12月应用放射介入方法治疗22例产后出血、子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。结果22例中14例子宫肌瘤、8例产后出血分别接受双子宫动脉栓塞术和双髂内动脉栓塞术,均获得满意疗效。术中及手术前后予以全方位的整体护理,重点是心理辅导、术中娴熟的配合及术后并发症的观察与处理。8例产后出血、14例子宫肌瘤患者的手术操作顺利完成,成功率100%。无护理并发症发生。结论放射介入治疗妇产科出血性疾病、子宫肌瘤,尤其在抢救致命性的大出血并需保留子宫时效果可靠,而术前心理护理、熟练的术中配合及术后严密观察病情变化是治疗成功的重要保证。

The nursing of the optional intraarterial radiotherapy in patients with postpartum hemorrhage or uterine myoma

Objective To study the nursing of the intraarterial radiotherapy in patients with postpartum hemorrhage or uterine myoma. Methods The data of comprehensive nursing on 22 patients with postpartum hemorrhage or uterine myoma taking intraarterial radiotherapy were studied retrospectively. Results There were 14 cases of uterine myoma and 8 cases of postpartum hemorrhage. All 22 patients received the bilateral uterine artery and internal iliac artery embolism. The total successful rate of the operation was 100%. There were no complications to be found. Conclusion The radiotherapy has satisfied effect on uterine myoma and the hemorrhagic disease of gynecology. The key points of successful management are as following: the preoperative psychological nursing, the practical intraoperative cooperation, and the postoperative observation.
