| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64排螺旋CTA扫描的护理与图像质量的相关性。方法对198例患者进行CTA检查,静脉注射造影剂碘帕醇370㎎I/ml,高压注射器ulrich medical。结果198例患者,其中163例CTA扫描患者给予实施适当的护理;35例CTA扫描患者,神智清醒,未作任何心理护理;经卡方检验,护理组与非护理组CTA数字减影成功率的差异具有显著性统计学意义（P=0.000）。结论64层螺旋CT脑血管CTA是一种无创、快速、简便、经济、可靠的检查方法,能快速准确诊断脑血管病变,为患者治疗提供重要诊断依据,是一种切实可行的诊断方法,具有较高临床应用价值;实施必要的护理能显著提高数字减影CTA的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objoctive To study the correlational research of nursing and image quality in 64 row multisection CT digital subtraction angiography. Methods GE Lightspeed VCT64 row multisection CT scanner, Germany Ulrich Missouvi （XD2001） high pressure syringe and iopamidol 370mlI/ml were used in the study. Resalts In study group, 163 patients were given proper nursing when DSCTA underwent. But in control group, 35 patients were underwent DSCTA without nursing. Chi-square test show that the different of image quality in the two groups had statistical significance （P=0.000）. Conclusion Proper nursing in 64 row multisection CT DSCTA could made the diagnosis of intracranial vascular malformation more effectively. |
