乳腺癌钼靶X线与MRI的对比研究

摘    要:目的探讨乳腺癌的钼靶X线与MRI表现,以提高其诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析32例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌钼靶X线及MRI表现,并与病理结果对比分析。32例乳腺癌中浸润性导管癌18例,导管原位癌7例,黏液癌3例,腺样囊腺癌例2,髓样癌2例。结栗钼靶X线检查,检出肿块24例,毛刺征15例,钙化影21例,钼靶X线准确率为71.88%:MRI显示肿块28例,毛刺征16例,钙化影5例,MRI准确率为87.5O%:钼靶X线结合MRI诊断准确率为93.75%。结论钼靶X线摄影操作简单,准确率较高,为乳腺癌的首选检查方法。MRI检查敏感性高,能显示乳腺内病变的细微结构,提高诊断准确性,有利于临床制定合理的治疗方案。

Abstract:Objective To study the radiological characteristics with molybdenum target tue and MRI features of mammary cancer, to improve the plain film and MRI diagnostic accuracy. Methods The X-ray and MRI features of ammary cancer in 32 cases were studied retrospectively and correlatively compared to the corresponding findings of histopathological results. Results The diagnostic accuracy of location of mammary cancer with X-ray and MRI were 71.88% and 87.50% respectively. X-ray showed mass of breast (n=24), irregular long or short burr around the mass(n=15),neeldle tip-like microcalcifications(n=21).MRI displayed mass of breast(n=28),irregular long or short burr around the mass(n=16), neeldle tip-like microcalcifications(n=5). Conclusion Molybdenum radiologicalis the first choice of imaging examination modalities for mammary cancer of its simple procedures and rather high diagnostic accuracy rate. Since intricate structural changes of mammary cancer can clearly show by MRI and the diagnostic accuracy rate is improved. This method gives much help for choosing the treatment of the disease.
