| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨哮喘儿童与正常儿童在主观生活质量方面的差异。方法：本文应用儿少主观生活质量调查表分别对40名9－11岁哮喘儿童及32名正常儿童的主观生活质量进行研究。结果：哮喘儿童的主观生活质量满意度降低，主要表现在家庭生活、生活环境、抑郁体验、焦虑体验、躯体情感方面，尤以后3者显著。结论：哮喘影响儿童的主观生活质量，提示我们在对哮喘儿童进行正规药物治疗的基础上，也应注重心理干预治疗，全面提高哮喘儿童的生活质量和健康水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the differences in individual's perceptions of life quality between asthmatic and nonasthmatic children.Methods:Individual's perceptions of life quality were investigated in the 40 children with asthma and 32 healthy children ranging from 9 to 11 in age.Results:The children with asthma have been less satisfactory than healthy children in their life quality, especially in anxiety, depression and body feelings. Conclusion:Asthms affects the children's perception of life quality. |
