缺血性脑卒中患者血清脂蛋白(a)含量变化及影响

目的 :探讨缺血性脑卒中患者血清脂蛋白 (a) Lp(a) ]含量的变化。方法 :选择急性血性脑卒中患者 6 6例 ,对照组 30例 ,应用免疫比浊法检测血清LP(a)含量 ,并对不同类型脑梗死血清LP(a)含量进行分析比较。结果 :动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死组血清LP(a)含量明显增高 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,腔隙性脑梗死组与对照组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清LP(a)含量增高是缺血性脑卒中的危险因素 ,监测血清LP(a)水平 ,并对其进行调控 ,对降低缺血性脑卒中发病率具有临床实用意义。

The Serial Alteration of LP(a) Contents in Patients with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke and Its Effect

Objective:To investigate the content change of serum Lipoprotein(a)LP(a)] in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.Methods:With immunoturbidimetry,we detected the content of serum LP(a) in the selected 66 patients and analysed the content changes of serum LP(a) about different types of cerebral infarction.Results:Compared with the control group,the content of serum LP(a) remarkably increased in atherothrombosis infarction and there was significant difference between the patient group and the control group( P <0.01).There was no significant difference between Lacunar cerebral infarction group and control group( P >0.01).Conclusions:The content of serum LP(a) is a risk factor for cerebral ischemic stroke.There is clinically practical significance in decreasing the incidence of cerebral ischemic stroke through detecting and regulating the content of serum LP(a). \ \
