摘    要:连续4周用MT护肤品对家兔皮肤涂药试验,观察其作用及不良反应。取家兔12只,分为药物实验组和赋型剂对照组.每组6只,每只家兔右肩无毛区为受试区。左肩无毛区为空白对照区。结果显示:1、受试过程中,动物全身状况良好,局部未出现红斑、水肿、脱毛、脱屑等局部刺激症状;2.光镜下,未见受试区表皮增厚、细胞变性等病理改变,实验组动物受试区皮肤全层结构及附属器结构良好;3,电镜下,实验组受试区皮肤表皮基底细胞分泌旺盛,合成增加。黑色素颗粒集中变大。实验表明:MT对皮肤具有保护和促进新陈代谢之作用。

Abstract:Protect-skin production of MT was used to smear rabbits skin for 4 weeks was investigated the action and by-effect of MT to skin. 12 rabbits were divided into two groups: test group (using drug) and control group (using excipient). There were 6 rabbits in each group. The right shoulder sheared hair in animals was used as the test area and the left shoulder sheared hair, the control area, The following results are :1) During the test periods those animals were well in body conditin and regional symptoms such as reddish and swollen, hair-losing and exuviating were not discovered 2) Epidermis byperplasia, cell denaturation and other pathological changes at the test aroa were not found under light microscope. All the structures and attached apparatuses of skin in the test animals were normal in morphology; 3) The basal cells of the test rabbits' skin secrete exuberantly and compose increasingly. The melanosome becomes large and gets together. It is shown in this study that there are such actions for MT to protect skin and promote its tegeneration and supersession.
