| Abstract: | Strengthening college students' extracurricular research training is a crucial method of training innovative talents.In this paper,we first introduced the process of organizing and implementing college students' extracurricular research training at South Medical University and the preliminary achievements we have made.Then,we discussed the implementing method and incentive mechanism of how to develop college students' scientific research ability. |
