摘    要:医学学科的发展目前呈现大分化、大综合两种趋势。在医学专业分化越来越细的今天,需要医学生掌握的新学科层出不穷。而现代医学模式又要求医务工作者在预防和治疗疾病的过程中,不仅注重患者躯体的症状,还要对患者的心理、家庭、社会背景、自然环境、工作环境等因素作进一步的了解,以便对患者做综合治疗。科学综合发展需要以跨学科研究为前提,怎样才能让学生学会相应的知识和方法呢?唯一的出路就是课程整合。只有课程整合才能体现医学及其发展趋势的特点。本文就课程整合的趋势、方法、形式和内容,以及课程整合中应注意的问题等进行了探讨。

Abstract:Nowadays, the development of branches of medical science has two trends, which are differentiation and integration. On the one hand, medical disciplines are defined more and more specialized, so the medical courses that undergraduates have to learn are on an increase. On the other hand, according to the modern medical mode, doctors and nurses are required to not only treat patients' physical symptoms but also know their psychology, family, social background and work environment in order to give them the comprehensive therapy. Curriculum integration is a good way for medical colleges to train their students to acquire more defined specialties and know how to synthesize them.
