| 摘 要： | 有效的高校教务管理是建立稳定的教学秩序和良好的教学运行机制的保证。本文指出要优化高校教务管理,必须加强对教务管理工作重要性的认识,转变管理理念,充分利用信息技术手段,加强教务管理队伍建设,不断提高教务管理工作人员的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Effective administration of university teaching affairs can ensure a sound teaching order and a good teaching operation mechanism.This paper points out that in order to optimize the administration of university teaching affairs,we should strengthen our awareness of the importance of this work,change management concept,make full use of information technology,enhance the construction of educational administration team,and constantly improve the comprehensive quality of teaching affairs administrators. |
