| 摘 要： | 针对目前临床实践教学面临的许多新问题,提出要明确临床实践教学的培养目标,提高医学生综合素质;优化课程体系,不断改革教学内容与教学方式;建立健全科学规范的教学评估体系,提高临床教学管理水平;加强临床教师培训,提高临床教师整体素质;构建和谐的医患关系,确保临床实践教学正常运行。

| Abstract: | In view of many new problems in clinical teaching, the paper puts forward the following measures to ensure the normal operation of clinical teaching： clarifying the training objectives of clinical teaching; improving medical students＇ comprehensive quality; optimizing curricular system; reforming teaching content and methods; setting up a sound, scientific and standardized system of teaching evaluation; upgrading management level of clinical teaching; strengthening clinical teacher training, lifting their overall quality; and constructing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. |
