| 摘 要： | 目前形成性评价在国内医学本科实习教学中的应用还没有相关报道。结合医学本科实习教学的经验,重点探讨了如何将形成性评价有效地应用于医学本科实习教学,措施包括:对带教教员进行培训,使其对形成性评价具有深刻认识;对教学内容进行统一和规范,明确采用问题法、实践法和临床情境模拟法教学及评价的内容;建立并完善评价评分系统,建立并补充学员成绩数据库;培训教员根据评价评分系统,正确的评价并使学员明确自己的表现,并调整教学内容和方法;培训教员有效的使学员明确如何弥补自己的不足。要实现形成性评价在医学本科实习教学中有效而广泛应用,还需要教育工作者进行更多的理论研究与教学实践。
