| 摘 要： | 胸外科硕士研究生临床能力培养是基础理论学习走向实际临床工作的重要阶段。提倡研究生重视基础理论知识的学习及临床思维能力的培养,导师要因人施教安排临床技能培训,建立科学的评价与考核体系督促研究生全面提高临床能力,同时要加强研究生素质教育,培养德才兼备的人才。
