| Abstract: | The article analyzes the characteristics of young teachers at medical universities, and discusses the basic contents, approaches and means concerning cultivation of young teachers. It emphasizes that it is very important to strengthen the training of their basic teaching skills, moral character as a teacher, research capability, and medical knowledge and practical skills. |
