PBL教学法在规范化医师培训中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学法在住院医师规范化培训中的优越性。方法将68名医师随机分为两组,分别进行PBL教学和传统教学,比较两种教学方法的教学效果。结果PBL教学组医师的出科考试综合能力测试和全国执业医师考试(临床技能考试和理论考试)成绩明显优于传统教学组。结论PBL教学法是住院医师规范化培训的有效教学方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the superiority of problem-based leaning(PBL) teaching method in standardization training of residents.Methods PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method were used respectively among 68 residents who were divided into two groups randomly.Results The scores in comprehensive ability test on completion of a course and national occupational tests(tests of clinical skills and theories) of residents in PBL group were significantly superior to those in traditional teaching group.Conclusion PBL teaching method is an effective teaching method for standardization training of residents.
