建构主义理论在临床医学教学中的应用

摘    要:以抛锚式教学为代表的建构主义教学模式在当今医学教育领域得到了广泛的重视与应用,其基本内涵是以学生为中心,在教师的引导下,通过情境创设和协作学习由学生自主完成对所学知识的意义建构,并对学习效果进行有效评价。这一教学模式充分调动了学生的学习能动性,很好地切合了现代医学教育培养医学生自主创新能力的迫切要求。

Abstract:The constructivism teaching models represented by anchored instruction have attracted extensive attention and application in today' s medical education domain. The core of these teaching models regards students as the center of the teaching activity. Under teachers' guidance, by situation creating and coordinated learning, the construction of new konwledge is accomplished by students' own abilities, then the outcome of teaching process is assessed. The clinical medicine teaching model guided by constructivism theory can stimulate students' initiative in learning and benefit the cultivation of their innovative ability.
