| 摘 要： | 高等教育是社会可持续发展的重要支柱,是创新型人才的培养基地。随着我国医学教育与国际医学教育的逐步接轨,21世纪医学教育的人才培养目标、教育结构与教学质量都面临着新的挑战。麻醉学作为临床医学的二级学科,必须适应高等医学教育的改革。如何培养具有扎实临床医学知识和精湛麻醉学专科技术的高等麻醉学人才是值得关注的问题。

| Abstract: | Higher education is both an important part of social sustainable development and bases for innovative talents training.As China's medical education keeps pace with international medical education,we are faced with new problems and challenges regarding talents training,education structure and quality of medical education.Anesthesiology,a secondary discipline of clinical medicine,also must adapt to the development of higher medical education.So,how to train professional personnel of anesthesiology with solid knowledge of clinical medicine and consummate specialized skills deserve our attention. |
