青年教师教学导师制的实践与探索

摘    要:近年来,海外学者、高学位毕业生成为各高校引进师资的主流。针对这一变化,结合基础医学的教学特点,我院探索并实施了新的《青年教师教学导师制》,制定了以培养教学能力为中心的教师培养方案,构建和完善了青年教师培养体系。经过3年的实践,证实了教学导师制是提高青年教师教学质量的有效途径。

Abstract:In recent years, overseas scholars and graduates with higher academic degree ( MS or PhD) have been introduced to colleges and universities. In view of this change and the teaching characteristics of basic medicine, we constructed and implemented a new training program of "Teaching Tutor System for Young Teachers", which was mainly designed to improve the teaching skills of young teachers. Through three-year practice, the teaching tutor system proves to be an effective way to improve the teaching quality of young teachers.
