| Abstract: | The quality and level of graduate student tutors are the foundation and key for producing creative talents. The specific contents for constructing the contingent of graduate student tutors include strengthening the political theory study on the part of graduate student tutors, perfecting the selection system, making the pre-post assessment stricter, strengthening in-service study and giving them preferential treatment. |
