| 摘 要： | 分子生物学实验技术在中医药研究领域中的普及使得越来越多的中医院校科研型研究生在完成毕业课题时需要分子生物学实验技能,而中医院校学生往往在该方面存在知识的欠缺。我校研究生分子生物学实验技能培养采取传统教学结合PBL教学模式,并针对研究生群体的教学特点,在兼顾实验理论和实验技能两方面的同时,注重培养学生独立选择实验方案和独立操作的能力,取得了良好效果。
