| 摘 要： | 目的在医学教育和考核中,突破传统临床技能考核模式的局限性,探讨一种更可靠、可行的评价标准对临床技能进行考核。方法第二军医大学长海医院根据自身情况在研究生毕业考核中应用五站化考评的方法,总结了本院培训19名学生标准化病人的经验和在研究生毕业临床技能考核中的应用情况。结果学生标准化病人获得了考生和评委教员较高的满意度。结论学生标准化病人用于"五站式"临床技能考核是合理、公正、可行的。
