Improving Student Management and Promoting Clinical Teaching in the Hospital

The management of students in the clinical medical college has direct effects on the quality of clinical teaching of the hospital. This paper introduces the methods and experience in student management work. First, the organizational building of the Party and Youth League branches is strengthened so as to bring into full play the exemplary role of the Party and Youth League members. Second, appropriate learning environment is created in order to achieve better combination of theory with clinical practice and rapid progress in both theory and practical clinical skills. Third, we have rigorously enforced rules and regulations, perfected daily management, and given a full scope to the initiatives of the student leaders.
