摘    要:抓好课堂教学质量具有重大的现实意义,要全面把握影响课堂教学质量的因素,牢固树立科学发展观,以教学评价为契机,从思想引导入手,抓人才队伍建设,培育良好的风气。

Abstract:Doing a good job of class teaching quality is of great realistic importance. We should have a grasp of the overall influencing factors, set up firmly the outlook of scientific development, take the opportunity of teaching evaluation, start with ideological guidance, give priority to a strong contingent of qualified personnel, and create a sound atmosphere.
