| 摘 要： | 临床实习是医学院校学生向临床医生转型的重要环节。在临床实践机会相对减少的现今条件下,如何保证实习效果是一个值得关注的医学教育问题。开展实习前的规范化培训、开展实习生的临床病例讨论、引入询证医学思维、强化带教医院的教学管理等,都将有利于全面提高实习质量,培养合格医学人才。

| Abstract: | As an important component of higher medical education,clinical practice of medical students is a critical stage for medical students to transform their role from students to doctors.However,there are less and less probabilities for medical interns to practice at the present stage.It is a notable medical education problem that how to ensure the effect of clinical practice.Standardized training before the practice,clinical case discussing,evidence-based thinking and teaching management strengthening is an effective way to improve the level of clinical practice of medical intern. |
