摘    要:针对目前我国大学课堂教学中存在的主要问题,提出了师生易位教学法,即事先将应讲述的内容分配给每名学生,由他们自学后在课堂上向全体学生讲解。教师则作为学生认真听讲,并举手提问。通过课堂提问的方式使每名学生加深对教学内容的理解,这样教师既可以完成相应的教学任务,又可以掌握教学进度和教学内容。这种新的教学方法既达到了教学的目的,又锻炼了学生分析、归纳、总结及演讲能力,提高了学生的自学能力,最终达到全方位地提高大学生综合素质的目的。

Abstract:The paper proposes the teacher-student role exchange teaching method in view of the major problems in classroom teaching at colleges and universities. All the students are assigned with the teaching content in advance,and then explain it to the other students in class after their self-study.The teacher listens as a student and asks questions.This question-asking method enables the students to strengthen the comprehension of the teaching content and enables the teacher to control teaching pace and content apart from finishing their teaching task.This new method not only helps achieve the teaching objective but also trains students' abilities to analyze,induce,summarize and make speeches,and improve their self-study ability,which ultimately upgrades students' comprehensive quality.
