| 摘 要： | 随着医学模式的转变、医学伦理道德标准的提高以及患者维权意识的增强,高等医学院校教学管理面临着比一般高校更为复杂的法律困境,其影响面之广、影响程度之深、法律风险之大,已经造成了医学教育发展的困难,甚至可能损害到相关主体的权益。因此,必须通过加强对医学生的医疗法制教育来促进医学教育事业的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of medical mode,improved ethical standard and patients' enhanced awareness of right protection,medical colleges and universities are facing a more complex legal dilemma than other universities.This dilemma has brought about many difficulties in the development of medical education for its wide and deep effects and high legal risks.Therefore,it is time to strengthen education of medical legal system for medical students to promote the harmonious development of medical education. |
